Tomorrow is baby day!

Written By: Tracy - Oct• 29•07

My sister goes in tomorrow at 7:30 to induce labor.  So I’ll be an aunt again by sometime tomorrow afternoon.
I keep reminding myself of things that must be done between now and then.

1. charge up digital Camera
2. charge up laptop
3. post pictures for the word to see.

It’s so hard to believe sometimes that my baby sister is going to be having #2.  And here I am, 29 (for the fourth time) and no plans for kids for a while.

I just don’t quite see myself as the mothering type just yet.   But then again, who is ever ready?
Plus there’s the whole fact that all newborns kinda look like Golum from Lord of the Rings.

It’s so hard to look at them when they first come into the world, before they’ve been cleaned up and put on the baby fat, and then smile at the parents and tell them that, yes, that’s the most beautiful kid in the world.

My family is probably going to be horrified when they read this.  Mom?  Dad?  I’m really a nice person, I promise.

And OMG!  My ferrit emoticon bounces!

LOL! Thank you for that reminder of what my niece will look like when she is born in January. 😉 Congrats, Auntie!
