 It Came To Tranquility

It’s Murder… Again! You would think a town of less than 600 people wouldn’t have to worry about murder. But this is Tranquility, Arkansas. Where the town’s vet talks to animals, DB Cooper hides out until the heat dies down, and a local Boy Scout once built a nuclear reactor in his backyard to earn a merit badge. When Doctor David Nye moved to Tranquility, he thought he’d left his old life far behind. But the past refuses to stay buried when David’s ex-fiancée Jodi shows up leading a team of archeologists to investigate the old buildings that rise out of the mud as the waters of Lake Tranquility drain. Soon, it’s not just the bones of the old hotel that rise from the lake, but the bodies of the archaeologists. It’s up to Tranquility Police Officer Jake Coletrane to clear David’s name and stop the real killer.

Bride of Tranquility

Getting married can be murder!
All Jake Coletrane wants is to marry his girlfriend, Rachel Thorne but there are a few obstacles standing between him and happily ever after. Namely a UFO True Believer’s convention that has barred him from his hotel, a psychic from a ghost hunting reality show who is convinced that the ghost of Jake’s last wife is out to wreck the wedding, the seven Renaissance wedding planners who keep tacking on fees, and Rachel’s increasing Bridezilla tendencies.
But when the hotel manager drops dead and signs point to murder, Jake knows that it will take more than his famous luck to solve the case and get them to the altar on time. It’s going to take good, solid detective work.

Tranquility

They say that Tranquility is Different. Maybe it’s just talk to scare off all the gold hunters who think that there is truth in the dozens of folk tales about Tranqulity.  Or maybe it’s that the town’s vet talks to animals, the town’s sherrif is so lucky it’s uncanny, or the mayor’s daughter knows exactly what everyone is feeling.  But when something starts mutilating livestock on local farms and the local cryptid gets the blame, the citizens know that they have to act. Before the “Big Bird” moves on from cows to humans.
