It seems like just yesterday I sent out my last update. That was (checks notes) 2020. Uh . . . oops? Here’s to doing better going forward! With that in mind, there are two things I wanted to let you know about.
New Website
In Mid-March, look for my updated website, https://tracysmorris.com. The new site will play better with mobile devices and the blog will be replaced with an exciting, updated newsletter.

For the past few years, I’ve been writing stories connected to a new novel series, called the New Orange Chronicles. These stories are built around an alternate history, fantasy universe in which magic is real, and using it comes at a high price. The Dutch never returned New York to the English, so we find our protagonist trying to scratch out a living and avoid bad karma in New Orange City. So, how does one very talented spellcrafter get by in the world’s most expensive city when the one thing she’s good at is the one thing she absolutely will not do? In April, that question will begin to be answered by way of short stories, character sketches, news articles, history and other tasty New Orange tidbits delivered to you twice monthly.
